Mental health, Your Life

Zindagi bahut kuch sikhati hai-
Thora hasati hai,
Thora rulati hai,
Khub se  jyaada kisi pe
Bharosa mat karna;
Are andere mein to
Parchai bhi saath chod jaati hai! meditation
 
For your mental health you
Have to control your emotions.
Without controlling your emotions
You cannot enjoy good mental health.
